In order to be eligible to receive cash back of £900 for a dual-station E Series Radar Pack, or £450 on your purchase of a single new Raymarine C or E Series Radar Pack (each a “Qualifying Productâ€) you must:
a) For cashback of £900, trade in any two RL Pathfinder displays and purchase two Raymarine E Series Multifunction displays complete with any current Raymarine Radar scanner during the Qualifying Period.
b) For cashback of £450, trade in any SL or RL Pathfinder display and purchase a new Raymarine C or E Series Multifunction display complete with any current Raymarine radar scanner during the
’Qualifying Period’.
c) Complete the original cash back form and sign it in the space provided.
d) Post this form together with (i) your original sales receipt showing your purchase of a new Raymarine C or E Series Radar Pack during the Qualifying Period; (ii) your old SL / RL Pathfinder Display(s); and (iii) the fully completed warranty cards of your new units (including the serial number) to the address in Section 3 below.
2. Your completed cash back form, original sales receipt, trade-in display(s) and fully completed warranty card will make up your ‘claim’. YOUR CLAIM MUST BE POST MARKED ON OR BEFORE MAY 30th 2008 IN ORDER FOR YOU TO BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE A CASH BACK. NO CLAIMS POST MARKED AFTER THIS DATE WILL BE ACCEPTED.
3. Send your old SL or RL units only back to:

Your original sales receipt will be returned to you, but please keep a copy prior to sending.
4. General Terms and Conditions
This cash back is only available to customers who
purchase the Qualifying Product from Marine Electronic Services Ltd that has been supplied by Raymarine UK Limited.
5. This offer may not be combined with any other cash backoffer from Raymarine.
6. Cash back is only available on the purchase of a newQualifying Product. Used, remanufactured or refurbished products, or products that are purchased on on-line auction sites are not eligible for this cash back.
7. Cash back is only available for Trade-in SL or RL
Pathfinder displays against a purchase of C or E Series complete with a current Raymarine Radar scanner and cannot be claimed against individual parts.
8. Only one claim may be submitted in connection with the purchase of a Qualifying Product.
9. Incomplete (including claims with an incomplete warranty card or certificate), illegible or altered claims will be deemed void. Raymarine is not responsible for incomplete claims or claims lost, damaged or delayed in post. You are advised to send your claim recorded delivery and take
out appropriate insurance to cover loss or damage to the units being returned.
10. You acknowledge that your participation in this offer imposes no liability on Raymarine other than to pay cash back to qualifying customers. In particular Raymarine is not liable for any consequential damages.
11. If you return any part of your Qualifying Product, you will not be eligible to receive the cash back and return of any such part will cause any cash back to become repayable.
12. Please allow up to 6 weeks for the processing of claims and BACS transfer.
13. By claiming the cash back, participants are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
14. Raymarine UK Limited will collect your personal
information to process your cash back claim.
